Quinn's perfect life has been shattered.  Her boyfriend, Trent, was hit by a car and killed.  His parents decided to donate his organs and so now their generosity has saved the lives of several others.  In an attempt to heal, Quinn has written letters to those who received organs.  He has heard back from everyone except Colton Thomas, the one who received Trent's heart.  Quinn decides that she must seek him out and find out more about him.  Little does she realize, that meeting Colton will change her life forever.
